Todd Holm
Owner
Todd handles window and door estimates as well as residential and commercial tinting. He’s dedicated to making sure every customer is satisfied, and he’s known for his honesty and willingness to work with people to find the right solution. Todd takes pride in creating a work environment that feels like family—because it is. When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him at his cabin on the Rim, off-roading, camping, or enjoying time with his grandkids.
Pam Norris
Office Manager – Todd’s Sister
Pam keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes—handling scheduling, ordering, customer service, account management, and making sure the crew has everything they need to succeed. She’s known for her kindness, organization, and the positive energy she brings to every task. Pam makes it a priority to keep customers well-informed and happy throughout every step of the process. When she’s off the clock, she enjoys strength training, kayaking, cooking, and unwinding with a good book.
Michelle Holm
Junior Technician & Office Assistant – Todd’s Daughter-in-Law
As a Junior Technician and Office Assistant, Michelle keeps things running smoothly both in the field and behind the scenes. Whether it’s assisting with window installations, glass replacements, or keeping office operations on track, she enjoys being part of a team that brings quality and care to every project. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her baking something sweet, getting creative with crafts, or spending time outdoors camping and off-roading.
Kyle Holm
Lead Technician – Todd’s Nephew
As Lead Technician, Kyle brings skill and experience to every part of the job—from installing windows and replacing glass to tinting and performing estimates. His specialty is door installations, where his precision and know-how really shine. Known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic, Kyle is someone customers and coworkers can count on. When he’s not on the job, he enjoys working on vehicles, tackling home projects, and spending quality time with his wife and kids.
Billy Frey
Technician – Todd’s Son-in-Law
Billy is a skilled technician who handles everything from window installations and repairs to glass replacement estimates. Whether he’s leading a job or lending a hand, he’s focused on delivering quality work and great service. He’s also expanding his expertise into door installations. Known for his easygoing nature and attention to detail, Billy makes sure every customer feels confident in the final result. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, golfing, and catching a good game.
Scott Holm
Tint Technician – Todd’s Brother
Scott specializes in tinting glass and existing windows, including commercial applications like frosted film. With over 40 years of experience, he brings expert skills and a lighthearted attitude to every job. Known for his sense of humor, Scott enjoys keeping the team—and customers—smiling. In his free time, he’s often at classic car shows, hanging out with his dog Tyson, or getting in a good workout.
Lucy
Shop Dog
Lucy is our friendly, tail-wagging greeter and all-around morale booster. A mixed breed with a heart of gold, she welcomes everyone who walks through the door—whether it’s a customer, delivery driver, or team member—with a happy face and a circular tail wag. When she’s not napping in the sun, Lucy enjoys belly rubs, snacks, fetch, and rolling around on the pavement. Her joy is contagious, and she’s a beloved part of our crew.
